What are ALCoins and what are they for?

The ALCoins are our official forum currency.
You can compare the coins with real money.

For example:

1 Coin=0.01$
10 Coins=0.10$
100 Coins=1.00$
1000 Coins=10.00$


You can use them to upgrade your account with an VIP membership.
And you can use them to buy paid resources in the paid section.
You can also take part in the occasional lotteries in which assets are raffled off to the Participants.
(We are currently still working on the lottery system.)

A payout back in real money is not possible ! !





How do I get those ALCoins?

There are several different ways to earn coins for your account.

You will earn up to 8 coins with every daily login.

You can also upload resources here and make them available to other members.
With every download you earn between 3 and 10 coins. From time to time we change that value.
You also earn coins with every rating you get for that resource.

This is a small reward for providing and sharing the resources with the community.


There are also a few more events where you can earn coins.
If it's your birthday (registered for at least 1 year), the ammount on posts or other forum actions you have made here.


Or if you have a certain number of messages, profile views, likes or ratings,
you also will recive coins for that. So if someone gives your uploadet resource a rating, you will get coins for that.

Collect the coins and pay with them !


Is there any way to buy ALCoins?

Yes of course, surely !

You can buy them if you haven't collected enough and don't want to wait any longer
to fill up your wallet with the ammount you need.

To buy them simply go to your profile and click on your coins.
(right side bottom corner)

After that you should have a new window overlay in which you can see the richest users and another tab with the purchase function.

Now choose one of the offers and set the payment method you want to use and you're done ! You can also buy coins for other members and gift it to them.

Simply click on the gift button and enter the username.

WHY I CAN'T DOWNLOAD ?


There could be a few reasons for that:

1 .Pending approval
Are you new to the website ?
Maybe you are not yet approved, so you need to wait for a staff member to approve you.
Generally this happens within a few minutes or a few hours.
In exceptional cases it will may take it a little longer.
All regististrations will be approved as soon as possible !


Don't be hasty and create multiple accounts to get activated faster.
(This is strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent ban and secondly it won't unlock you faster)
Just wait a little until your account has been approved.

2. Reached the limit of daily downloads
Maybe your daily download limit is over.
As a FREE Member you will have 5 daily downloads in the FREE section.
You will have to wait 24 hours to be able to download resources again.

If you are not a FREE Member your limits will be:

• 
  PRO MEMBERS...................25 Daily Downloads
• 
  ELITE MEMBERS..................UNLIMETED Downloads !

3. Wrong membership

Maybe you are trying to download VIP resources with the wrong membership.

If the resource you are trying to download have this prefix :

you will need to purchase a Premium membership.

If the resource you are trying to download have this prefix :

you will need to purchase a Pro membership.



Elite Members can download everything.
They can download Free, Premium & Pro with Unlimeted daily downloads !

1. Where can i found the coupon codes ?

Sometimes we have special events where you can use coupon codes for the available VIP memberships.
Mostly you can find the codes above the forum nodes on the header images as an announcement or via ads on other websites, newslater mails or in the forum chat.
Sometimes we giveaway those codes to the good behavior members via pm.



2. How to use the coupon codes ?

You can simply use the codes by clicking on the V.I.P on top in the navigation.
When you are on the main overview, you see a Button ("More") bellow the memberships.
Click that button and you will see an overview of the memberships.
After that you can find the field on top of the page.

3. My coupon code is not working, what can i do ?

First you can send a message to an employee or administrator.
He checks whether the code is correct or not.
If it's correct and the event is still active, he will activate it for you if you're having trouble doing it.
The next possibility is that your code is old and the promotion has long since closed.
Sometimes some websites still have old codes that have expired but are still in use.
In this case you can wait until the next event is active.

When not, you can upload your resource.
A staff Member will then approve your resource manually.

With the upload of new resources, you can earn AL-Coins for that.
You can use that coins for purchasing a new VIP membership.
VIP memberships can be payd with cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum or Dodgecoin, Credits Cards, Paypal or your earned Coins.
Every downloaded resource will give you as uploader new coins.
Also every rating you get on your resource will give you coins.
